This is Kirsten. She is a breast cancer survivor. In fact, right after our session she got her clean bill of health. Channel 11 news came out during our session and interviewed both of us, which was nerve racking for me, but wonderful for helping to spread the word that I am providing this service to breast cancer patients.

Kirsten is a fantastic woman and mentor. The strength and motivation she’s provided me and help me find in myself was amazing. The drive and determination you’ve shown me is out of this world. Kirsten is a genuine person and even through this past phase of her life she’s climbed (seated, dug in and worked it) this long mountain, rode around at the top, and is now enjoying the fun decent down (let that wind blow) to the next phase of healing. I am forever grateful to you Kirs. When I have this baby (surprise!!) in May, I’ll be back to spin class. Hopefully with your fire again by my side.
